For decades, PlasmaCAM has provided the most popular, cutting-edge, and easy-to-use CNC plasma cutting machines. Now the entire system has been re-engineered with the latest technology to reduce cost and complexity, increase performance and reliability, and incorporate improvements from customer feedback.
Some of the improvements are obvious, like low profile rails, increased Z-axis clearance, and wireless connection to a laptop or desktop PC. But countless other refinements add up to an even greater difference. The invention of new servo technology provides higher acceleration and tighter control for improved cut quality, and more than two years of field use has demonstrated increased reliability.

Video Demonstation
This video shows the new Genesis model cutting the entire “Thirsty Horses” scene from Marshall’s High Impact Truck Racks Art Disc at full size and actual speed of 500 inches per minute, with no warping of the finished piece. A new feature eliminates torch delay between cuts (whereas older models must wait a second for the torch to fire after moving to each pierce position).
