- Rugged machine handles heavy production. Durable steel frame with integral cutting grate can hold over 10,000 lbs. Unique drive train and electronics are impervious to damage or obstruction by plasma dust.
- Servo motors provide accurate, high-speed motion. Closed-loop servo control with optical encoder feedback provides superior accuracy, speed and acceleration (compared to open-loop control like stepper motor systems).
- Moving parts are rigid, without excessive weight. Zero-backlash rack & pinion design with a gantry that is synchronously driven at both ends achieves fine, detailed cutting and high productivity through faster cut speeds.
- Unique controller interactively links computer to machine. Integrated DesignEdge software cuts parts directly from drawings on screen, without the programming and processing steps of conventional CNC. The screen shows the position of the torch as it moves (even if you move it by hand), making it easy to cut parts where you want to on a sheet and even change what you are cutting while you are cutting it.
- Speeds and other settings are adjustable during operation. You can even set the machine to slow down when cutting around corners and holes (for less bevel on part edges) and speed up when cutting back along a path that was already cut. All your custom settings for various materials and setups can be saved for future use.
- Automatic indexing cuts sheets/shapes larger than machine. Unique cutting grate precisely aligns material to machine so the software can automatically cut long parts through indexing and even utilize existing edges of the sheet in these parts (as shown in the demo video).
- Integrated Z-axis provides full 3D operation. Unique Digital Height Control maximizes cut quality and consumable life without the constant operator intervention and tip hang-up common in other machines. You can also create 3-dimensional shapes by putting other tools and materials in the machine.

- Video-based instruction manual. Easy-to-navigate, live-action illustrations make learning the system easy. The simple, modular design of the machine minimizes maintenance and assembly.
